I've just topped up my account and there's money in my acc what's happening

If you ever find that you have been charged unexpectedly start by checking your last 30 days usage (calls, texts and data), which you can do by either online here http://www.giffgaff.com/profile/usage-statement or you can text the word PLAN to 43430 (text is free)

If that does appear to explain the charges you will need to contact a giffgaff agent and they will be able to explain why the charges have been made and/or organise a refund where appropriate.

An agent can be contacted by following this https://support2.giffgaff.com/app/ask/Top-up-balances-and-goodybags/goodybag-allowances-or-credit-ba... link. Please be aware that agents generally reply within 24 hours of you sending your message.

It's magically disapered I've check everything says nothing at all it's an emergency and Giffgaff will get to me when they feel like it it's acjoke

Unfortunately you need to allow 24 hours for an agent to get back
