Why do I keep getting e-mails saying someone has ordered something with you

I am not a customer and I have revived and e-mail with an Order number on it saying it is from gift gaff can you please help?
Ps: trying to get help from you is so frustrating, I would never ever want to be a customer of yours. You need a contact number or at least an e-mail address for when things like this happen.

Hi Angel,

 

It would appear that somehow giffgaff have got the wrong email address, either from their end, or someone entered their email incorrectly.

If possible reply to the email and explain, or contact giffgaff direct to this email address:

 

complaints@giffgaff.com.

 

and explain the situation and your problem will be resolved.

Hi there,

 

It would appear that email was sent in error from giffgaff due to a "glitch" in the system, which is under investigation now.

That email caused a lot of worry to a lot of people (my wife included), so apologies all round.
