Why do i not receive a personlised usage statement?

i have opted into all emails from giffgaff, but for the last 6 months no emails?  and i really want to know where all my minutes are going and ect

Giif gaff don't offer an itemised bill, Only a summary.

Check you have entered the correct email address. If it is correct and you are not receiving your usage statements contact an agent.

If you have hotmail email than it may be that they get pushed back from hotmail !

Please change settings ON OFF from my giffgaff marketing info on it just refresh system again !

Have you opted out from receiving messages from giffgaff, check your My Giffgaff page.

you will need to contact an agent as its a personal usage question and they can check all this for you!
