Has GiffGaff done something so your phone doesn't work on WiFi anymore or something? Phone connects to WiFi in house but doesn't load anything, but when I connect my laptop that works fine.

 

I have a Samsung S8

No - your personal WiFi has nothing whatsoever to do with giffgaff & they cannot disable your phone's WiFi even if they wanted to.

 

Try turning off & then restarting both your phone AND your WiFi router - that the router works with the laptop does not mean that it is working fully & correctly.

giffgaff have absolutely NO CONTROL over the connection between your phone and modem!

Hi @asbooneill
This has nothing to do with giffgaff. Please ensure your entering the password correctly for your home WiFi. If you have WiFi profile saved try deleting it again and then connecting again. See this https://support.t-mobile.com/docs/DOC-34286 guide on setting up WiFi on your Samsung S8.
