You charged me 6 pounds without reason. Can you tell me what happened?

Can you tell us where exactly have you seen the £6 charge, if you seen it in your bank statement or bank balance, and you checked your order history as advised by another member and its not showing, then its likely you have two accounts, and that that other account has a recurring goodybag, the said goodybag would be a £6 goodybag that was formerly the £5 goodybag due to the very recent price changes, the £5 goodybag is now a £6 goodybag.
Another question to answer would be that do you have or ever had another new sim that you have activated?
So as already said, if you checked the order history on your account and it aint showing then the charges are for another account.
i think you should ask an agent to investigate which other account also has your detailslinked to it.

Also I did use my card to pay the money when you first activate the card. I don't know if that's the reason.
@kyria87 Is the clue that you activated your friends simcard with a £5 or £6 goodybag?
If so that account saved your card details and each month is recurring a goodybag?
Can you ask her to log into her account and remove your bank card?
