Hello,

You charged me 6 pounds without reason. Can you tell me what happened?

Check your payment details page here http://www.giffgaff.com/profile/payment-details to see if you haven’t accidentally setup a recurring goodybag. Also note the £5 goodybag has been increased to £6. See this https://support2.giffgaff.com/app/ask/Top-up-balances-and-goodybags/Cancelling-a-goodybag-or-top-up-... link for more details.

For any processing of any refunds you will need to get in touch with a giffgaff agent.

The giffgaff agent will try to get back to you as soon as possible. You should get a reply within a maximum of 24 hours.

Agent replies can be found on your "From agents " section located on your "My Giffgaff" page or you can access it directly using this https://giffgaff.com/support/questions link.

 Please check your order history to see what happened. https://giffgaff.com/orders/history

Dial *100*7# to check your goodybag status.

Dial *100# to check your credit balance.

The £5 goodybag has now increased to £6.

I checked it and my last order was on 5th of May when I bought my goodybag. But now I didn't buy anything and I was charged 6 pounds.

@kyria87 Which value goodybag did you buy and how did you pay?

Did you accidentally buy a second queued goodybag?

@kyria87

Can you tell us where exactly have you seen the £6 charge, if you seen it in your bank statement or bank balance, and you checked your order history as advised by another member and its not showing, then its likely you have two accounts, and that that other account has a recurring goodybag, the said goodybag would be a £6 goodybag that was formerly the £5 goodybag due to the very recent price changes, the £5 goodybag is now a £6 goodybag.

Another question to answer would be that do you have or ever had another new sim that you have activated?

I have seen the charge in my bank balance. But I bought goodybag many days ago and I bought yhe £7.50 one so it doesn't make sense to charge me now.

I have activated one sim on my phone but it was a friend's of mine and I didn't do it through my account. We just used my phone and her account.

Also I did use my card to pay the money when you first activate the card. I don't know if that's the reason.

@kyria87

So as already said, if you checked the order history on your account and it aint showing then the charges are for another account.

i think you should ask an agent to investigate which other account also has your detailslinked to it.

please go here and fill out the form and send.

@kyria87 Is the clue that you activated your friends simcard with a £5 or £6 goodybag?

If so that account saved your card details and each month is recurring a goodybag?

Can you ask her to log into her account and remove your bank card?
