I brought a top up by accident that cost £25 how do I cancel the transaction

Hi You need to speak to a GG agent for refund issues and they will look into this for you

If you accidentally topped up the incorrect amount please contact a giffgaff agent and they will be able to process you a refund. Please be aware that agents generally reply within 24 hours of you sending your message.

If you would like to buy a goody bag you can buy it out of the credit and you could queue the next goody bag to come out of your credit again, this is just another option

Some body using my bank to top up since August 2018 until January 19 iwant know who using my bank idid'nt top up long time also not used gifgaf  isee my statements bank gifgaf £5 from augst2018 to January 19  my names Hassan my old simcard number is>**phone_number_removed** my email address is >**email_removed** contact me soon as possible thank you

You should also contact bank for investigation and block your bank card. @fayah255
