Wrong phone sent

I've been sent the wrong phone - not the phone I ordered and paid for.

There is no return option for this!

I was thinking about purchasing as if i wait until it return an drecieve refund i will be without a phone for days and days. However I'm concerned that as there is not 'we sent you the wrong phone' option on return there will be problems! 

Anyone else had a similar experience? How was it resolved?
