Wrongly disactivation of the sim

My sim has been de activated a few days ago. It was request not asked by me. Could you please let me know what happened and how the issue can be fixed? Thanks

If you haven’t used your sim for 6 months – it’s deactivated
You have 2 options ...you can either order another giffgaff 3in1 SIM here (will arrive in approx 4-5days) ..see link below

Or you can buy one from your local ...Iceland, Poundland, Sainsbury, Tesc, Asda for approx etc £1)
and then activate it on the link below

How do you know your sim has been deactivated?

 

Have you not been using it? Did you use it in the last 6 months?
