I HAVE PUT UP A SIGN WARNING ALL MY CUSTOMERS NEVER TO BUY YOUR SIMS AND NEVER TO GO GIFFGAFF.NO WONDER YOU R GIFFGAFF..........SOUNDED JUST LIKE WHAT YOU ARE.

If you port your number away from gifgaff all will be lost including any credit,goodybag and PAYBACK..! earned the account will close and the sim deactivated.
Only when the number has been fully ported out can you then activate another sim to the same account as if you were starting from scratch.

In order to close the account you will need to use all your credit and/or goodybag.Then either port your number to your new provider or destroy/ignore the sim. You should also consider removing any credit/debit card and personal details. https://giffgaff.com/profile/payment-details

 Instead of having a rant and making accusations it would be better if you backed up your allegations with some facts re your problem.

What problems are you having they should be easy to sort but remember all networks are not suitable for all individuals or areas.
