SIM activation's are completed within 30 minutes, however during periods it can take up to 24 hours for the activation to complete. Emails tend to get sent out early
• You can check if your SIM has been activated by logging in here ⬇️
• You will notice the completion of the SIM when you see any active allowances e.g goodybag/ airtime credit along with your NEW ALLOCATED NUMBER
• I also suggest you turn your device off and on again periodically to see if that helps.
• If it's been more than 24 hours and your SIM hasn't fully activated then i suggest you ask a giffgaff agent here ⬇️
• Please note it can take up to 24 hours for a giffgaff agent to respond to your posted question.
