I suggest you clear your browser cookies, cache and history or try another browser e.g. Google Chrome, Firefox, Safari etc and then login again.

if still no joy Are you sure your logged into the correct account? Please text the word NAME to 43430 and you will receive text message back with your correct username

Or logout from your account and login again, but this time in the username input box put your mobile number instead of a username and password in the second input box and login again. Once logged in you should the correct username and your mobile number on your dashboard.

@shire46 Are you saying that you have activated a sim but it's showing not registered.? 


Please make sure that that you have an unlocked phone. A giffgaff sim needs to be in an unlocked phone or one that is locked to O2

thnks guys late reply but sorted day i asked, yes was switching a gg old number to gg new sim..
