annoyed!! need some advice please

I already had 3 pound on my balance I topped up ten pound to receive the 12 pound goody bag top up was accepted and 4 hours later I checked my giffgaff and it said 0 pound balance and no goody bag.. I have been a customer for this network for 6 month and the worst thing is I topped up yesterday and today they text me saying thanks for topping up your balance is 13 pound but checked my gifgaf again and it was 0 pound! I am using Wifi atm and I can't get hold of any numbers for customer service what do I do?

This is an account issue which you need to raise with an agent rather than us on the forum.

 

As you are probably aware, agents can take upto 24 hours to reply although are often much quicker.  Agents would be able to check your account history and resolve the problem if giffgaff are at fault (which it appears they may be).

Some specific usage is not included in goodybags, and you need airtime credit to use it. This usage includes calling abroadcalling from abroadMMS and special numbers.

Check if your phone is working. If not contact an agent.
If it is working then leave it as it is. It will appear on the website. It has got some bags sometimes.

It may take up to 24 hours for them to reply. Usually takes no longer then 2 hours.

There are no numbers for giffgaff only online. Did you purchase the goodybag with the credit or not?

Just to be clear...there are No numbers for customer service. Giffgaff is fully online.

Check both balances, online and by dialling.

Dial *100# for phone credit balance.

Look at the balance shown on the "my giffgaff" page ( not an app )

Also check your phone data counter. See how much ( if any ) network data has been used.

Did you disable network data before using wifi?

Did you purchase the goodybag? Check the history. If the goodybag did not go through then you probably used up the credit.
