My Giff gaff data is not working today why I still got goody bag left it happens today where shall I call to check

Before you go on the long journey of solutions I would recommend to turn off and on your phone this will hopefully reset and start working again hope this helps my friend. Smiley Happy #thesolutionsantalwayscomplicated

Please double check you have correctly configured the mobile device with the correct APN/Data settings. Follow link below to manually configure the APN/data your settings for your mobile device. The settings are included for the most popular devices including iOS(iPhone) , Android(Samsung, HTC, Sony Xperia, Huawei), Windows(Lumia) , Blackberry etc.

If you find your settings are fine please check the service in your area, by following this link https://giffgaff.com/coverage-and-service to check the network status and coverage. The network status should give you details of any local issues, including planned work, as well as showing signal strength (3G , 4G etc) & outages.

Please remember that service checker is updated hourly so any issues may not be shown.

If the service/signal looks all good, you also try performing a manual roam here http://community.giffgaff.com/t5/Using-giffgaff/Force-the-change-of-SMS-settings/ta-p/4871794

The manually roam will allow you to select the network manually (02 UK) and will refresh the network signal.

If you’re still having issues, please turn your mobile device off for a couple of minutes and on again to see if that helps.

Hi thanks. I turned my mobile off. And turn back on and data start working again .thanks for help it's very useful.
