I topped up my phone around 3pm today and its now 11pm n its still showing as no credit. can u please put my credit on please. my Goodyear runs out tonite n i need my phone for work n my kids.

there have been problems with network...i would advice you to try tomorrow...hopefully everything will be solved by tomorrow

They said dat the top ups shuld come thru ova night or tmrw so jus b patient and hang on.

Hi sorry to hear this but Unfortunately Giff Gaff are having few issues at the moment..with Delayed goodybags,
top ups and activations so give it a few hour and try again.

There has been a problem today and there is a full thread on the service updates section of the forum.

A fix has been applied and all top ups are being processed through the night. You hopefully should see your credit applied soon.

Giffgaff have been having a few problems today, try again tomorrow as hopefully the issues will be sorted.

Hi sorry to hear about your complaint, giffgaff are working hard on solving the top up problems as they are expecting difficulties at the moment but please be aware that it can take upto 24 hours due to the problem that giffgaff are facing at the moment. Thank you for your patients.

There seems to be some delays with top- ups & sim activations and this ha been ongoing issue since yesterday afternoon ...

.... ... It has been confirmed by this notice..........

It can take some more time it's not fixed yet its not you only who is affected there are others as well.

Rest assured once system is up and running it would be sorted ASAP ....
