barred from internet

can someone help me get my internet back on plz  got bared from internet last month they said they would  put me back on when i top up again  but i still got no internet and there ther any numbers i can ring to talk to someone like you do on other phone networks

Hi there. If you have received a message to say that your service has now been blocked,then you now need to click onto the link below and have a read of giffgaffs terms and conditions.Once you have read these and fully understand,then you need to contact an agent thanks.

you have to contact the agents after you buy the gigabag then they can check you've got the correct one. then they will re connect your data

You just have to wait. Getting your data blocked isnt funny and can take time to re connect. The agents are the ones you need to speak to

Sorry to hear that you got barred from connecting to the internet. The only people who can help with this issue would be to contact an Agent. I know this not what you wanted to hear, but we are unable to help with this issue.

There's no phone number to ring giifgaff the only way to try to unbar is to ask the agents.
