callumod96 has a question about I have put 20 pound credit on my phone for goody bag it saying my other one doesn’t run out till 27th it’s the 28th today won’t let me have a goody bag only got 19 pound credit now this is not my fault can you put my 20 pound goody bag on this number

Agents reply within 4 hours in the majority of cases but can take up to 24 hours, in the worst case, to reply (but they do work 7 days a week from 8am to 11pm). You can contact an agent and they will apply some credit to your account to take you over £20.

Did you top up with a voucher or a card. Topping up credit is very risky as you have found out to your cost. It's best practice to always switch data off before you are buying a goodybag...or buy the goodybag in advance, long before the old one runs out.

If all you want to do is exchange the credit for a goodybag then you might consider buying the goodybag directly. That way your credit won't get used before you have applied the goodybag

Hello if your goodybag expires last night your phone is now using your credit . You really should buy goodybag before other runs out then it will auto start when other ends , 

its a common mistake , 

dont worry please contact agents and as a rule they will replace missing credit as a one off
