can't add a goody-bag

My goody bag expired  and its not add   automatically  and when I am try to open the Web to put my good bag it's not always me

Check that you have the correct username that you are logging in with. Text NAME to 43430, and you should receive a text with your username in a few minutes. Or alternatively, log in using your phone number.

 

If your bank card is due to expire at the end of this month, giffgaff will no longer accept it for payment. You should have received a new card from your bank. You can update the card details on your Payment details page here:

You will need to buy a new goodybag manually, but you will then be able to turn Recurring goodybag ON again.
