cant make calls

it says call barring is on but i cannot adjust settings without password. Now im trying to access my giffgaff account and it says i havent got an active sim on my account which is weird because ive got an email saying its all set up and i have been using my phone for last few days perfectly

@stump36 are you using the app if so try dragging page down on screen of app to refresh it again or logout and back in again using another browser like chrome Firefox or opera mini and see

This will happen as a result of the way you've been sending texts
Have you sent any bulk /group texts?

You'll need to contact an agent to remove the temporary bar and agree to terms and conditions

In the box provided say you've been advised by the community that your services have been barred for sms abuse

Explain that you weren't aware of the term and conditions you've read and agree to them, and you won't repeat the act
And ask for your services to be restored

Hi I have been barred and as advised from my giff gaff community that my phone has been barred from sending a multi texting service. I used the service to send a text containing my new number to 1000 contacts which may have caused the barring. Can you please cancel the barring on my account and have it restored immediately please. this is what ive sent to them. I did this a few days ago so could be this issue.

I did how long does it usually take I know they say 24 hours but what is average
