@john0000and

Why not simply buy a smaller, and therefore cheaper, goodybag?

If you have 12GB left then you are probably on the £20 goodybag, whereas the £15 goodybag would give you the 8GB you are using with no 'waste'.

Hi @john0000and

Hi @john0000and

I'm afraid it isn't possible to carry over any goodybag allowance.

That said, giffgaff is really great in that it will recommend a more suitable goodybag, based on your actual usage. So if your current goodybag is a bit too much for your needs, giffgaff will recommend a lower one, and you'll be able to see this here: https://giffgaff.com/profile/usage-statement

Click on Your recommended goodybag to see which goodybag is better suited for your needs. Smiley Happy

I hope this helps! Smiley Happy

Hi unfortunately you can't .. giffgaff usually send you a text message to say if you are on the wrong goodybag. you should check out what you can buy with less data per month

Hope this helps you

Good Afternoon @john0000and

Sorry but any unused allowances are lost when a goodybag expires, why don't you buy a smaller goodybag.

giffgaff doesn't carry over data - the 12 GB will be lost.
Next time you should buy a smaller goodybag - maybe the £15 8GB goodybag.

Hello @john0000and

Sorry to say to you about this, but Giffgaff don't do the whole data rolling over data scheme thing like a few other networks do - once your goodybag is over anything left is gone forever and you have to start fresh with the next goodybag. If you have data left over I'd personally use it as much as you can before your goodybag runs out and expires (that's what I personally do, lol.). Smiley Happy Smiley Very Happy Smiley Tongue Some people are complaining that they run out of data too quickly and/or haven't got enough data for that month, but you have quite a lot to spare - I have to say that I'm quite impressed by that, lol.
