changing spending limit

Hello, I was texting with someone until I received a message saying that I reached the monthly network limit and that I have been suspended until the end of the month. How can I change that and continue texting?  Thanks

You can get a text ban if you send a large number of groups texts in a short space of time,especial if these texts are to 10s or 100s of people.

This is to prevent giffgaff sims being used by businesses that send out 1000s of spam texts for PPI claims etc so if you send a very large amount of texts in a short space of time the system will automatically bar you from sending any more and you will need to contact an agent and explain why you needed to send so many texts at once.

It can take up to 24 hours for a giffgaff agent to respond (agents work 7 days a week from 8am to 11pm).
