charged twice

 on 08/11/2016 ibought £20 goodybag and was charged twice.it wont let me send message to agent it seems to fail at (Please indicate when it happened) i put date in but wont send the dates turn red

Need to contact administrator as soon as you can online and explain problem to them it can take 24 hours for them to reply to you though.

as this is an account problem you would have to contact an agent

they are usually pretty quick but remember an agent can take up to 24 hours to reply

 hopefully they will get onto your problem as soon as possible

I'm really sorry to hear this. If you'd like a potential refund then you'll need to contact the giffgaff agents here http://giff.ly/agentsbalance they're the only ones that can investigate the issue for you and if need be, escalate the issue further.

They'll reply within 24 hours but usually a lot quicker. To check the agent messages, follow this link https://giffgaff.com/support/questions

If, for any reason, the agents do not respond within 24 hours then it's your choice, to either be a little more patient OR you can contact an educator to chase them up and give them a slight nudge.
