I’d like to know about compensation too. My dog is very very poorly and I couldn’t even get through to the vets. What if that call had been life threatening 😡

You need to get in touch with us and sort this compensation fiasco out asap,my son is disabled and could need attention from health care specialists at any given time and not being able to get hold of anyone and not to mention the money I lost from business and my phone still playing up this morning

I was not able to send a message yesterday or this morning and I paid for this and I could not use it I think I should have extra day on my app so I can use my phone for the day as I could not yesterday

I have had a few issues in the past and had to contact the head office once, in order to sort it out. I had to email the CEO to get it sorted. Since then, everything has been fine and I am very happy with the service. Until yesterday! 
I have just emailed the CEO, demanding compensation. For freelancers like myself this has caused a lot of hassle and a loss of income. I am so annoyed! I want my **bleep**ing compensation!!!! Still having problems today and have already lost a job, thanks to this problem. 
Yesterday, I have lost exactly £255 and today, I have already lost another £85. As it is... work tends to get a bit quiet for me in December, so I take all the jobs that come my way as I can't afford to be as selective as I usually am. Now this Giffgaff issue is **bleep**ing everything up. This is going to be an absolute nightmare as I am try9ing hard to raise as much money as possible to help a loved one who's in a lot of trouble. 
I am so **bleep**ing **bleep** off! I am going to speak to a lawyer I know and ask for advice on the best way to get compensation. I'll wait and see what the Giffgaff head office says. If I don't hear anything from them today, then I am also going to complain to Trading Standards. All those whose work has been affected by this problem, should demand compensation.

Yes the question is are we going to be duelly compensated for this issue as it's of no fault of your loyal customers. I'm on giff gaff obvs a subsidiary of o2 who are saying it's got to come through you compensation this is now my second day without 4g ..txts and calls keep cutting off I pay £25 month for goody bag I dnt think this is fair and would appreciate a response
