O2 are giving their customer a £75 worth of compensation. Theoretically are we not also classed as 02 customers as giffgaff uses their facility? I want to know how I get my £75 O2 compensation??

Can we sort something with regards to loss of service yesterday and some of today I have lost a lot of money yesterday for my business and can't afford to be losing out on hundreds of pounds when Xmas is around the corner

Think your spelling may not have helped with your opportunity! To blame giff gaff is ridiculous. Everyone jumping on the bandwagon too!

I would like compensation for the lack of service yesterday. I paid for a service that I did not end up receiving, and I’d like my money back.

I had problems with the sevice not internet and txts playing up the txt were getting through even though they saying failed but i for one isnt botherd about the compensation clain not giffgaffs fault it was Erickson and a out of date certificate that was fault sorry if this sounds offish we dont have a contract with giffgaff so really we cant claim and after all its run by us not O2

I dont think you will get compensation. These are my reasons why.
As you probably know by now there was a huge network problem yesterday. This is the info. I have.
The trouble wasn't Giffgaff's fault. It's been European wide. 32 million people affected.
There was an outage problem with the O2 Network & Giffgaff runs on O2. Tesco & Sky mobile were also out.
Everyone had different problems, I could get on the internet, but not make calls. Some people had texts
sending numerious times & others had no connections at all.
I've checked this morning & my phone is running OK now.
If yous isn't I suggest you keep switching your phone off & on throughout today to see if it clears.
