conditional forwarding activated. call ended

Hi, The subject title sums up the message my Samsung Gt makes with every dialled number. The call is terminated immediately. it's a pay as you go which was with Vodaphone. The screen says giff gaff and the sim activated, all the start up messages from giff gaff have been received and the account has been credited. Any ideas?? I'd be really grateful for any help on this one.

Giffgaff have had problems today with calls,texts and Internet. I was having problems calling my dad today. The problem you have has nothing to do with Vodafone or you mobile its giffgaff and they should have it solved today

It may still be locked with Vodafone. Do you have any other unlocked phone that you can try the sim in?

Call forwarding is only showing you how the phone is set up for dealing with INCOMING calls.  Have you double checked that you have credit or minutes on your sim by Dailling *100# for credit, and *100*7# for minutes?

Hime again. Yeah, this sim says exactly the same thing un other, unlocked gremlin free phones. I've had the sim in for a few days with no luck, but obviously I can't make a call or send a message which is pretty useless. Does it sound like a sim problem to you? Also, when a giff gaff friend's phone messages it is not a free text

It can take upto 24 hours because system been down since morning it not you only who is affected there are others as well.
