just top by voucher of 10.00 but its not gone on my balance my balance is still 0.01

Try sending *100# from a handset with your giffgaff SIM in to get your balance. There may be a problem with balance updates in My giffgaff.

Check in My Payment History to make sure the payment went through.

Does it show on My giffgaff dashboard that the system is updating?
