I keep getting this annoying message on my phone and cant do any text messages.

I have turned it on & off and tried reinserting the SIM but it is still not working.

The phone is an Orange San Francisco.

Anyone had this issue & fixed it?

How do I do that?

Also, just tried to phone some people and realised that all calls just end in a beep and dont connect!

What do you think is going on?

just for future reference for anyone else getting this error: I got it because the number I was trying to text had one digit too many

(have had the same happen for one digit too few, but in an area with barely any signal, so always just assumed that was why - took me months to catch on, cause I had the person's number in my phone twice, once correctly and once with one digit missing, hence why it took ages to catch on to)
