I purchased this phone in December 2018 and have had nothing but bother with the battery it won’t last longer than an hour off charge. This is no good whatsoever. It’s still within warrenty and I’d like help sorting this problem.

Hi if you bought the phone from giffgaff the
Warranty is 12 months for refurbished and 6 months for pre-owned so see including handy links regarding the process for return,

This isn’t good enough I am a parent of 2 boys and a student on placement I cannot be with out my phone are you able to send me a temp phone while this one is away being repired? Thanks Leanne

Sorry giff gaff doesn't do that. You could see whether you could get the phone repaired locally and perhaps get it done quicker? Are there any repairers near you

If the phone was brand new when purchased then you have manufacturer's warranty which you may be able to access locally.


It the phone was refurbished or pre-owned then warranty is return to giffgaff only.


I would be surprised if any online phone seller provided a loan phone for the period of any warranty repairs.

Ok, thank you. I will need to return the phone as it was bought pre-owned
