faulty sim card

Hi guys. It would appear my sim card has a fault? ive tried all suggested options to resolve my problem with no joy! i have now recieved a new sim but wish to keep my old giffgaff number and trasfer it  to my new one! is the procedure to keep my number the same if it were from another network?

no not realy all you had to do was report it lost and a new one would arrive with the same account details and credit as the faulty one

You cant port within gg
Visiting the UK and need a giffgaff sim sent to you before you arrive ?

You should have just asked for an replacement sim

You're not able to transfer between giffgaff sim cards.You could report your faulty sim to an agent and you'll receive a replacement with all your details (number/credit/goodybag).
