goodie bag

hi al, i've just topped up my phone but the goodie bag hasn't loaded this time. Can anyone suggest how i can find out why its not loaded? thanks

@caseyray hi there - You can try turning your phone off/on again to allow the goodybag to kick in.

Also dial the balance short code *100*7# (goodybag minutes)

Dialling the short codes will give you your remaining minutes on the goodybag.

What does it show? If it displays 0 please check your order history here https://giffgaff.com/orders/history to see if the goodybag has ben actual been applied.

If no goodybag transaction is listed contact a giffgaff agent. To contact an agent please follow this https://support2.giffgaff.com/app/ask/Top-up-balances-and-goodybags/goodybag-allowances-or-credit-ba... link

please beware a giffgaff agent can take up to 24 hours to reply to your query.

i have turned the phone off and back on a few times, the goodie bag is showing that it has been purchased it is saying we are currently loading your new plan, it has stayed like this for over an hour now. thanks for the reply.

on that page where it say loading plan try refreshing page again this may help get the goodybag to start
