goody bag

My friend has put money on for a goody bag and it's took her money but not put on her goody bag so she's no phone at internet. Can you please help. Patricia wardle>**phone_number_removed**

Check here if the payment has been made https://giffgaff.com/profile/payment-details "My order history" if it has then try restarting your phone to "kick it in"

Putting money on doesn't purchase a goodybag, it needs to be done by purchasing a goodybag directly here https://giffgaff.com/buy/goodybag

 

Or, if credit has been added to the account it can be converted into a goodybag then:

  • Dial 43430
  • At the main menu Press 2 to buy a goodybag where an automated message will tell you:
    • How much you have remaining in your balance
    • What you're current goodybag is and how much allowances you have left
    • When it expires
    • If you have another goodybag queued or set to recur

Unfortunately your friend has added airtime credit, you dont need to add airtime credit to buy a goodybag, because when you do, you run the risk of it being taken, especilly if your friend has mobile data turned on, what your friend needs to do is go straight to the goodybag page by clicking OUR OFFER SIM ONLY PLANS or by going to this link SIM only plans

 

Your friend can also call 43430 option 2 and listen to the goodybag or airtime credit balance.

and check exactly what has been purchased by going to MY PAYMENTS / MY ORDER HISTORY to check your latest top ups, goodybag purchases .

 

You could ask your friend to log into their account and ask about anything if unsure, we are always here and happy to help.
