goody bags

I was able to get a re-occuring £5 goody bag on my youngest daughters mobile, but now it won't let me put an other 2 re-occuring goody bags on my other daughters mobile and my own mobile. What am I doing wrong??? Please Help!!!!!!

Each giffgaff SIM has its own separate corresponding username and giffgaff account.

To make sure you are logged into to the correct SIM you wish to manage, do the following.

From each phone, text NAME to 43430 for free and wait a few minutes for a reply. You will get the username associated with each SIM card.

Then:
- Log out: https://giffgaff.com/auth/logout
- When you log back in, input the corresponding username, or simply use the mobile number instead of the username

Then for EACH account, mange the recurring settings by following this link: : https://giffgaff.com/profile/payment-details#goodybagsettings

make sure you are logged in corectly for each account

log out / clear browser history and cookies cache / log in to a different account
