goodybag roaming

I'm in Belgium now,but I found that my goodbag hasn't roaming to here. Cuz I used data but it spent my balance to pay for it.

@error_fed9bc1 please check and try this Handy guide to using giffgaff overseas please 


1. Make sure you have a live goody bag or credit allowance left via here please


2. Double check roaming is enabled via here switch on/of roaming


3. Try what's called a manual roam as explained here


4. Check this guide to using giffgaff overseas







5. Double check your settings against these ones Manual settings could you try this guide via your mobile data settings an select add new apn or edit a prestored one EG 02 then enter theseSmiley Happy Connection Name: giffgaff

Giffgaff members can now use their goodybag allowance while travelling in the EU. This does not include being still in UK. This means that data usage, calls and texts to standard UK landline and mobile numbers, and numbers in the other EU countries will simply be deducted from your remaining allowance.

In order to roam with your goodybag you will need to have roaming enabled under your details page here

Also, Before you can use the mobile data with the giffgaff network, you will need to configure your device manually with the correct APN/Data settings.

The link below gives you the most appropriate methods to update the APN/Data settings for a device. The guide contains settings for the most popular devices on the market e.g. Android(Samsung, HTC, LG, Huawei) iOS(iPhone, iPad), Windows Mobile etc.

The goodybag allowances can be used in the following EU destinations: 🔻

Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus (South), Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland (including Aland Islands), France (including Corsica, French Guiana, Guadeloupe, Martinique, Mayotte, Reunion, Saint Martin and additionally, Saint Barthelemy), Germany, Gibraltar, Greece (including all islands), Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy (including Sardinia, Sicily, and additionally, San Marino, Vatican City), Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, The Netherlands (but NOT Aruba, Curaçao or Sint Maarten), Norway, Poland, Portugal (including Azores, Madeira), Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain (including Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla), Sweden.
