hi ive got an active goodybag with data...calls and text but my phone will not allow me to call..says no credit but if i log into my giffgaff account i have plenty of miutes left..thanks

' @helenlaff check out your local area for any networking issues services 

 

https://giffgaff.com/coverage-and-service#network can you please pop your full postcode in here to check for any network issues if shows none please try a manual roam as explained here http://is.gd/manualroam 

or switch on and off your airplane flight mode a few times to refresh your network again  

 

Or try a soft reset by holding down the power button and up and down volume button at same time until phone reboots its self and see if works then 

 

If still can't call out inquire with the agents about it via here and click on calls texts and data issues then use the how can we help box and explain the problem contact the agents

@helenlaff remember not all services are included in goody bags allowances sorry as shown here could that be why services not included in goody bags allowances

yes i know that but my active goodybag says i have245 minutes left but on my phone it says i have none..i only bought the £7.50 bag on the 7/01/19 it has always worked ok til now....

Corporate numbers starting 055
VoIP numbers starting 056
Personal numbers starting 070
Pager numbers starting 076
The Access Charge element for calls to numbers starting 084, 087, 090, 091, 098, 118
The Service Charge element for calls to numbers starting 084, 087, 090, 091, 098, 118.
