Hi @happybic

If you lost your phone/SIM and haven't already please follow this http://giffgaff.com/support/lost link report them both lost/stolen

Once reported a bar will be placed on the SIM and/or Phone to prevent anybody from using it Giffgaff will send out a replacement SIM first class to the address provided under your details page here http://www.giffgaff.com/profile/details#address If the address is incorrect update it before reporting the Phone/SIM lost/stolen.

The SIM that will be sent out will have your number and any active allowances e.g. goody-bag and/or airtime credit balance.

When the SIM arrives, you will be need to login into the account and then follow this http://giffgaff.com/activate-sim link to activate the replacement SIM.

Hi @happybic sorry to hear of your problem.

Report your phone and SIM lost here   https://giffgaff.com/support/lost

You will be sent a replacement SIM already associated with your account (number , goodybag etc). This is the only SIM you can use to get going again.

@happybic >>>

(Lost / Stolen / Replacement Sim)

Read/Follow the below >>>

⬜ 1, You need to go to ➜ https://giffgaff.com/support/lost

Info you need to know >>>

● The Lost SIM card will be blocked and the mobile etc will / can be IMEI Blacklisted

● This will prevent the finder etc from using it or selling it on

(Next)

⬜ 2, Please Note: You'll need to activate the SIM when it arrives (without topping up this time) and also you need to contact a agent to get the security bar taken off,

⬜ Most sims dont need the bar removing. its only when it fails to lift automatically that you have to contact an agent

You've done a SIM Swap, well that can take from around 30 minutes to a few hours to finalise. Exceptionally up to 24 hours @happybic

Turn off/on your phone occasionally to refresh its connection to the network.
