How do I contact Giffgaff if there is a fault with my phone 6 months after I bought it?

if a phone has develops a fault within the first 30 days you can send the phone back for a replacement see here https://community.giffgaff.com/t5/Solve-your-questions/How-to-return-a-faulty-phone-within-the-first...

If it's been more than 30 days you can then send the phone back for a repair by following the steps in this https://community.giffgaff.com/t5/Solve-your-questions/How-to-send-a-phone-for-repair/ta-p/10441573 guide.

The return policy

 

When you are buying a phone off giffgaff, you can return it within 21 days following the receipt of the phone if you changed your mind. If your phone is faulty within 30 calendar days of receipt, you can return it back to giffgaff for a replacement or full refund. Book your return

 

To return your phone, please use the online booking form. Go to the My orders section. Select the phone you wish to return and follow the on-screen instructions.

 

You'll be able to print a postage label, use it to send your phone back free of charge. Please note that this postage option does not cover for damages or for the loss of the parcel, nor provide you with delivery tracking.

 

You will be able to track the status of your return in the same section of the website once it is received by the return centre.

@hazelstanton; was it brand new box packaged phone or a refurbished one?
