hello.since a week my SIM doesn't have signal when I' m at home!even my wi-fi or data are of or not!

Hi,giffgaffer i hope this will sort your problem,

Please can you follow these few simple steps, please click onto this link https://giffgaff.com/dashboard and make sure that you actually have an active goodybag or enough credit, if so.

Please then go here to the Service Checker and Planned Mast Maintenance site, here you can check if your service in your area is down of if your mast is having trouble in your area, see here https://community.giffgaff.com/t5/Service-Updates/Service-Checker/td-p/17646124

If you do have all the above it maybe just as simple restart of your phone!

If the above is fine. Please also try a manual roam for a link to this guide click here http://is.gd/manualroam

if you still have problems after you have performed these actions, and if you require further help on getting up and running, your best to post back,so then members then can be able to respond to your issue, and give you one-on-one troubleshooting to get to up and running.Smiley Wink

- IPhone Users/Androids / Other Handsets (if you have this option) >>>

● Go to > Settings > Turn On Airplane Mode and then Turn Off after about 30 seconds



-- Non Airplane Mode Handsets / Devices --

⬜ - Turn Off your Handset/Device for 30 seconds and then power back On or it might be a best option to Take the battery out for a minute and then place it back in your Handset/Device and power On.

• You could also be in a bad area for receiving a good Signal/Service if it is fine at other locations (if all of my info hasn't solved it)


----- If A Mast Is Down In Your Area -----

This is no fault of giffgaffs,this would also effect members on the O2 network and anything that's run with O2 in your area so it's down to the O2 repair team to fix it and to update there website,the O2 website gets updated every hour so it's best to keep checking it or you could search the O2 forums within your area search and see if there's a clearer explanation.

Just Incase it's a new activation:

Make sure your handset/device is locked on the o2 network or unlocked to any network otherwise it will not work
