hi my friends girlfriend has switched his account of and she can't use her phone how can she resolve it ? please can someone help

So i think you mean her sim has been deactivated due to non usage in a six month period, but dont worry, to sort this go here and order another sim, the same account can be used.. Order a free SIM 

Or you may find one in your local Tesco, Sainsbury's, Poundland and in more independent grocers and news agents .

Once you have a new sim then you activate it by going here.. Activate your SIM

Is the account in her name or his name? Is it a changed password or something on the giffgaff account?
