Do you mean to bring a number from another network to giffgaff @steve39330

Of so, get from them a PAC number and submit it under "Keep my number" here   https://giffgaff.com/profile/details

If that's not it, what old number?

You can not swap giffgaff phone numbers with other giffgaff phone numbers, so if you want to use the other one you just need to put the sim card which has the other number on it in your phone and then use that sim in the future. If you have lost that sim then get another one for free here www.giffgaff.com/lost and make sure you are logged into the correct account (the sim phone number you want to use).

@steve39330 log out of this account and log into your other one and do a SIM swap after 4.30am, by clicking on replace my SIM.

https://giffgaff.com/profile/details

You will need a new unused SIM card to complete the process.

@steve39330 If your 'old ' number is a giffgaff one that hasn't been used or topped up ONCE in the last 6 months it will have been deactivated and recycled and there's no way to retrieve that number, if you're with a different network and wish to bring that number over to giffgaff you need a PAC code from your network and port in to giffgaff

What you need to do:
Request your Porting Authorisation Code (PAC) from your previous mobile provider.
Just contact your current provider and ask them for it, saying you want to transfer your number to another network.
Once you have your PAC and an active giffgaff SIM, login and click here
https://giffgaff.com/support/transfer

What is the number transfer process?
Once you’ve completed the number transfer form, a few things will start to happen.
• Both SIMs will stop working, though not necessarily at the same time
• After a while (it could be 10 minutes or a few hours), your giffgaff SIM will spring back into action with your number now transferred
Calls, texts and data will start working during the day, though not all at the same time
If I helped click ''solutions and kudos'' thanks
