Android Settings:

The easiest way is to connect to wifi and download "giffgaff APN" from Android Market (or Google Play as it's now known)

If you can't do it this way then click the following link (Apparently people are having terrible with ICS):

is it an Android HTC?

If so

You can try texting settings to 2020 but this method only works for some Android phones, not all of them.

The 3 methods that are guaranteed to work are:-

You can either follow the guide at

http://support.giffgaff.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/610/kw/android#ANS1

Or connect to the internet by wifi, visit the android market anf download an app called "giffgaffapn".Once you have downloaded and installed it select the second option that will input all your settings for you.

Or download the apk file for the giffgaffapn app from the link below, copy it to your phone's sd card and install and run it as above.

Hi

Assuming you have an android and  you can use wifi, download the giffgaffapn app here:https://market.android.com/details?id=com.paulshirley.android.giffgaffsetapn&feature=search_result

or through the market app/google play on your phone. Install, run & select option 2, then option 1.

Or if you need to enter the settings manually follow this video http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OQDm09iOZmc

Hope this helps

Alos once you do have the settings on your mobile phone and from what I see you have a Blackberry you must REBOOT your mobile phone for the settings to take effect.

Remove the battery whilst the mobile it switched on the replace the batter this will fully reboot your mobile, by turning on and off does not reboot your phone.

I hope the info helps you.
