how to unbar sim

I lost my phone and sim and so i barred them I then ordered a new sim and did a sim swap to keep my number but know all my internet calls and texts are unavailable and my calls are barred how do I unbar my sim so i can use my texts, calls and internet

This link will inform you of how to bar your sim and/or phone should you lose it or have your phone stolen and then order a new one.

If you report your SIM as lost / stolen http://goo.gl/KP4hQ  you will get a
replacement SIM (this will be hybrid SIM which has a MICRO SIM
that pops out of the middle of a STANDARD size sim).
Furthermore you get to keep your number,Payback and credits.The only issue with this is that once you report your sim lost or stolen, your account is
blocked until you activate your replacement sim. You will need to ask an agent (https://giffgaff.com/support/ask) to get it unblocked due to security reasons but this does not require a further topup to do.

 

You can contact an agent by using this link below, as they are the only ones that can access your account, but please try to exhaust all channels within the site and community for help before doing so as contacting agents for unneccesary reasons can slow  down replies to other genuine problems.

If you reported your sim lost/stolen,you should have received a replacement sim.If this is the case,contact an agent and ask them to lift the bar (a security feture to protect you) that's on the sim.

 

Please note,once you've reported your sim lost/stolen you won't be able to perform a sim swap.

Your barred sim is scrap.

You now have to wait for the specific replacement sim which will be sent to you.

This is a security measure and you will need to chat to an agent to unblock the account
