All a member needs to do now is 'Raise an agent case' using the following link - https://support2.giffgaff.com/app/ask/My-account/Subject-Access-Request-%28SAR%29/form/

Then, they only need to provide the following information:

  • SIM serial number, this is only for mobile members with an active SIM. It's the number on your SIM card right before 4Ggg4.
  • Attach a copy of the account holder's passport, driving licence, birth certificate or utility bill.

 

Please note that the SAR (Subject Access Request) document (PDF) will be sent to the email address registered to the members account, so it's always a good idea to check this with a member before they request the required information to prevent delays. They can amend their email by following this link - https://www.giffgaff.com/profile/details#email

Sorry, they do not. The only quick usage history is found by clicking "See my usage" on this page https://giffgaff.com/dashboard.

You could always include / ask some information that is located here just to make your reply complete - GDPR Rights (General Data Protection Regulations)

Actually it's even easier than that.

 

For less than 3 months history (from now), just raise an agent case, and they will be able to provide it without any proof of ID or details. For history longer than 3 months, then you need to submit a request under GDPR/DPA.

 

I had my request resolved within 24hrs.
