i am abroad and cannot use my giffgaff SIM before its cut off date. What can i do?

I have received an email to say that my giffgaff account will be disconnected if i don't use it before 6th September. I am currently abroad and do not have this with me, i do not return until after this date. Tried emailing reply, but it is an unmanned line. Any help please?

You can top up the account and that will keep it alive.

Top Up your account as once it deactivates you cannot activate it again I think

@barrybenj, hi there, you can top up your sim here it will keep your sim from being cancelled and recycled.

Sorry that's the six month deadline for inactive sim cards, it's the same on all networks

Try support again. See what they say

Try using a different browser or failing that use this link to contact an agent 
From the drop down list tap 30
Explain what the problem is in full in the further information box at the bottom
Agents will reply within 24 hours
