i cant buy a new goodybag

hi,

 

im having problems ordering a new goodybag. my goodybag hasnt run out but i want to order one on top of it. i used to be able to do this. there is no optiuon there now. what is going on?

Try another web browser and it should work.

Is the card getting declined or any other error message?

as long as you want to queue a goodybag there shouldn`t be a problem.unless you already have one in place

From the information you've provided it seems that you're trying to activate the new goodybag and it's easy to activate it with an immediate effect but your minutes or data allowance should be running low (>5 minutes or 5MB) from your active goodybag.

Once your goodybag is less than 5 minutes or 5 mb, you can purchase early goodybag from here:

https://giffgaff.com/auth/login and follow the instructions manually.

I am trying to change my card details as I have a new one, but I cant delete my old card details
