i have an old giffgaff number and a new one. goody bag and airtime credit on wrong account

i have an old giffgaff number and a new one. i bought a £20 goody bag and i also put £20 credit on for next month but it has linked to a number i no longer use and the number i actually use has no active £20 goodybag nor the £20 airtime credit. How do i get the goody bag and airtime credit on to the number i actually use and all my friends have. This is very frustrating as my new number has no goody bag or credit.

Hi, giffgaff don't transfer credit between accounts but you can contact an agent and explain they may use their discretion

Agents can take upto 24 hours to reply but are normally quite quick. ☺

you can not transfer anything between accounts it's not allowed
