i have ordered a sim card, that is my third time i am doing this and still nothing. Anybody knows?

i have ordered a sim card, that is my third time i am doing this and still nothing. Anybody knows what should i do?

Or maybe anybody knows a place from where i sgould get a free sim card? thank you

Hi @claudebernard It normally takes about 3-5 working days for sims to arrive. Please doublecheck your address and order a couple more. They are free. You can also order some to a friends address.

 

Or can contact the agents to resend

They will respond within 24hrs.

 

Last option is to check the link below to see if a member will send some out via 1st class post or even hand deliver if a member have one in your area.

Also now shops like Sainsbury’s stock giffgaff sims for a pound if you need one urgently

Agents can take up to 24hr to reply but usually

they are quicker than that.

 

Agents start at 8 AM and finish 10 PM 7 days a Week.

check your address has correct postcode
just order some more they are free and give them away
sims are like buses either none turn up all they all arrive together

Do you need the SIM to :

  • Join giffgaff?;
  • Replace an existing active SIM?;
  • Replace a SIM you reported lost or stolen?

Which country are you in?

Is your address a private residential property?

Contact an agent and explain and ask to resend,before doing that check your details like address is correct.

it should only take up to 5 working days for a sim to arrive depending on Royal Mail

You can find sims in most supermarkets now or you can ask a member to hand deliver one try here

SIMs are dispatched each day just after 4pm. We ship all SIM cards using 1st class mail - so typically it'll arrive in your mail box within 1 to 3 working days.

If it has been longer than 5 working days - it might have got lost in the post, please simply order another one.
