So I turned my iPhone SE off on Sunday night for about an hour, then when I turned it back on again, the phone screen went a funny navy-blue colour for about 10 seconds. Now it is completely unresponsive, tried all the usual resetting iPhone things, it's been on charge for nearly 24 hours and still nothing is happening. If anyone has any suggestions on what to do, or even where to take it, I would be extremely grateful for the advice.

Thank you!

Hi @limbic432

If your iPhone has developed a fault then you can take it to your Local Apple store and should be able to resolve the issue for you. Please note you will need to book appointment before attending the store See here

Or you can send the phone back to giffgaff for a repair/replacement. Please check out this if the phone has developed a fault then simply follow this guide on how to send a phone for a repair.

When you say the usual, have you held the power button and home button together for at least 30 seconds or longer? Keep it held until a response.
