ianst11 has a question about We are having trouble setting up a new giffgaff sim as the original simm was faulty and now we are having trouble setting up the new one

We purchased a 1 pound simm and a 15 pound top up for my phone the first simm was faulty so we took it back and got another the second simm is fine but we are now trying to transfer the 15 onto the new simm and it says that the original simm has been reported stolen

did you report it lost or stolen? you need to do a sim swap to transfer data etc onto another sim
might be worth contacting an agent about this

Did you activate the second SIM on the same giffgaff account as the first one?
