im not receiving the reset email and cant access my account

Hi

 

I forgot my user name and when i try to reset it, the 43430 number dosnt work... i dont get any email and now i cant acess my account to renew my goody bag... so i ended up making this new account just to be able to send this message

 

Help please

When you say the 43430 number doesn't work. Do you mean the text isn't sending? Or you've sent the text but not getting a reply?

Which phone do you have?
What date approximately did you activate your sim?
Is the username similar to the account you're logged into?

HI 

so when i say it doesnt work i mean the txt is not sent

 

I have a galaxy S4 mini and tbh and cont remember when i activated this sim... 3 years ago maybe?
i cannot remember my user name... but im sure it will have something to do with may name and user names i use for other things

 

like Alessandra_souza, alesouza, none of then work tho so it cant be right

Click the lost password link

Where it says " I want to be contacted by" Click the "text" box

Put in both your mobile number and that username And click "submit"

If the username is associated with your number the page will say a text had been sent
You'll receive a password reset link to your phone within 5 minutes.

Click the link or copy and paste the link in the browser. And reset your password
if you get an error message or it shows a blank white page, or it redirects to the lost password page
try an alternative browser ( if using a phone paste the link in mini opera)

Once you successfully log into your account , make sure your email details are correct here

Regarding the text nor sending. some androids have a setting that prevents you from sending texts to shortcode numbers
That needs to switched off

Go to Settings
Manage applications
Swipe to all
Scroll down to messages
And go to permissions and premium texts
Click to always allow

im still not getting the password reset emails but after trying about 10 different passwords and having to wait for 30min, i tried a few more and finally managed to get it right!

 

Also, althoug i didnt get any reply, at least the txts are going through now

And input username and number in the 2 boxes and click submit

Does the next page indicate a text has been sent or does it say username, number or email not found?
