Is anyone else having problems with their internet ? Its been like this the whole day, some people I've seen have been complaining about it as well

There has been a lot of 02 upgrading work going on which giffgaff runs on
This has sadly affected a lot of giffgaffers in various areas
With 4G in march
I am sure it's for the best

You could always try the below

• ( Next option if the o2 status checker says that everything is ok in your area is to try the steps below )



[ Next Steps ]

• 1, Try a internet apn Reset( not a factory reset) /Reset network settings - Then Type The Settings You Need Back In


[ For Iphone ] - Try a reset of network settings

●Go to
●Settings
●General
●Reset ( at the bottom of the page)
●And click on reset network settings

Then power Off for a minute
Then power On after a minute and then input the settings back in (settings can be found in the link below)


Or try number 2 ( if you dont have the number 1 option )


• 2, Try deleting any old or even giffgaff Wap / Apn ( internet settings ) - if you have any stored

Then you might want to delete any

• 'Data' -

• 'Wap' -

• 'Internet Profile/ Data Profile'

'Internet Accounts' (if you have Advanced options and then Power the Mobile/Unit Off for a minute or two and Power back On and then input the settings found below )

I've got unlimited internet but it keeps going off, and I've done that as well

I'm the same I've got unlimited data in my goodybag and full bars of network in my area but my internet has been going on and off all day! I've done all the usual steps you do to fix this etc... but it's not working! Please someone fix this soon!

Did you try my guide about deleting the settings etc etc ?

Also -- Hand clean the sim Very Soft
